Hi I’m Christine.

My passion is supporting leaders to have meaningful, generative, and joyful conversations that yield results. I’m a facilitator, strategic advisor, and educator. I draw from nearly three decades of experience leading organizations and supporting leaders. Facilitation and conscious communication are my primary tools. Give me a set of amazing leaders with an audacious vision, and I’ll design the right gatherings to maximize learning and collaboration while building deep, lasting relationships.
I believe that people are deeply good, and when invited to the right conversations with respect and play, we can solve our most intractable problems.
I was born and raised in Rocky Mountains and shaped by a childhood of outdoor adventure. My parents met through the Vista volunteer program (now Americorps) and their partnership and our family were founded in a love of learning and a commitment to service. If I can achieve a fraction of the impact they have, I’ll be satisfied.

How I work

-
We are most impactful and joyful when working in deep alignment where we can prioritize our relationship as well as results. I believe that when each of us feels seen, heard, and supported, we do better work; And, while relationships are critical roots, our common work remains the point! You can count on me to remain clear on our objective and guide your team toward shared goals.
-
What system are we currently in, what system are we trying to create, and what will that take? I help you make these answers explicit in order to build energy and cut through confusion. When we hear “systems,” we often think big and complex, but my approach tends to every level: individual, group, organization, and the mission and broader context.
-
I believe each person and organization has untapped gifts. The processes I design and facilitate help your team discover and leverage those gifts. I believe conflict can be one of these gifts. In my work I make sure dissonant voices are not only allowed, but skillfully encouraged and incorporated. I create spaces where we can disagree well toward better work and stronger relationships.
-
We can’t change harmful systems with the same tools that built them. Equity and inclusion does not stand alone in a one-time workshop or conversation; it is embedded in all parts of our work together.
-
When we work together, my network comes with me. In my work, I often call in speakers, collaborators, and other consultants who I believe can make our work even better. If work is at the center, then our collective goal is to bring in whatever resources will help improve our outcome.
