Facilitation

Expert facilitation is the heart of my work. My facilitation may be focused on strategy, connection, transformation, teaching, or a combination of the three.

I partner with leaders to advance strategy so that teams have clear direction that is both inspiring and implementable.

Program Design

I have deep experience in program design for philanthropy and community development. My specialty is building adult learning and leadership programs, communities of practice, and networks.
